Gooney AI is operated by a California sole proprietor. Gooney AI uses artificial intelligence, not a human operator, to help users capture reminders, follow-ups, appointments, bills, tasks, account setup requests, support requests, and refund requests.
We may collect identifiers and contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, usernames, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, and account details you choose to provide; SMS, web login, support, refund, reminder, task, and other message content; billing status and payment event metadata from Stripe, but not full card numbers; device, browser, request, delivery, routing, security, and diagnostic metadata; and service preferences, consent, opt-out, and support records.
We use information to operate and improve Gooney AI, route and respond to messages, provide reminders and account workflows, process checkout and subscriptions, provide support and refunds, maintain security and abuse prevention, debug and monitor the service, keep consent and compliance records, and communicate material service or policy changes.
We may disclose limited information to service providers that help run Gooney AI, including hosting, network, security, and worker infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare; SMS and telephony providers such as AgentPhone; payment processors such as Stripe; AI routing and model providers such as OpenRouter and the selected model provider; email providers including AgentMail or other email infrastructure providers; and operational support, analytics, logging, or compliance vendors.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account, billing, consent, security, and legal records, resolve disputes, and meet operational or compliance needs. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing stardustadmin@agentmail.to. Include enough information for us to locate your account, such as the phone number or email you used. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Gooney AI does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. The public site is simple, but requests may still pass through service providers that process network, security, diagnostic, or payment data. We do not intentionally use cross-site tracking for targeted advertising.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet, SMS, email, payment, or AI service can be guaranteed fully secure.
Gooney AI is intended only for adults age 18 or older.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and may provide notice through SMS, email, the public website, or another reasonable channel before or when the change takes effect.
