Gooney AI is an AI SMS assistant for reminders, follow-ups, appointments, bills, tasks, account setup, customer support, and refund requests. You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human. AI output may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate, and you remain responsible for reviewing important information and actions.
Do not use Gooney AI for emergencies, urgent safety needs, medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, or high-risk uses where an error, delay, or failure could cause harm. Call emergency services or a qualified professional when appropriate.
Gooney AI Basic is $20/month and renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel your paid subscription through the Stripe-hosted cancellation/customer portal link when available, or by emailing stardustadmin@agentmail.to with your account phone or email. Cancellation affects future renewals; fees already paid may not be refundable unless required by law or separately approved.
By texting START to +1 323-417-9454, you agree to receive SMS messages from Gooney AI. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS or HELP for help. Replying STOP only stops SMS messages; it does not cancel a paid subscription.
You agree not to use Gooney AI for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful purposes, and not to submit content you do not have the right to provide.
